The inventory on this site is the real book

Most dealer websites in this city show a handful of plots that were entered once and never touched again. You call about one and it sold four months ago. Everybody involved knows it, and it is why nobody trusts a listing page.

This site is built straight out of the working spreadsheet the office runs on. When a price changes there, the website changes within the hour, with nobody editing a web page.

So the 150 plots on the inventory page are the 150 plots on the file, as it stood on 24 October 2026. If something is listed, it was live when this page was built. If it has gone since, it went in the hours after.

What a demand price is, and is not

Every price on this site is a demand: what the seller is asking today. It is not a valuation, it is not what the plot will transfer at, and it moves with the market in both directions.

Treat it as the opening of a conversation rather than a price tag. A plot that has been sitting at its demand for three months is a different proposition from one that came onto the file this week at the same number, and that difference is worth a phone call rather than a web page.

What a plot sold for stays between the parties

You will not find concluded prices anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. The sold record shows the size, the phase, the sector and the month. It does not show the number, and it never will.

A dealer who tells you what the neighbour settled at is telling the neighbour what you settled at. The restraint is not courtesy, it is the product.

One authority is the whole advantage

Dealing only in DHA Islamabad means the transfer process, the sector-by-sector differences and the people on the other side of the table are the same ones every week. A firm covering five societies at once is learning each of them at your expense.
